Haddon Lodges, Howth​

Planning permission was granted in 2017 on this prominent site above Howth village. The development involves the demolition of an existing dwelling, subdivision of the site and the construction of two new dwellings. The house have been designed to take advantage of the view to the north at the front of the houses and sun from the south to the rear.
